I holds a Bachelor of Law in 1994, Assiut University – Egypt – and is married and has a family in Egypt I worked in the legal profession in the State of Egypt and then traveled to the UAE and is

present until now

  Experience:

– Worked from 2006 to 2015 in a group of companies as a legal advisor

–  Then from 2015 to 2018 in an office working in the field of real estate as a legal advisor (in rents – work and workers – and companies)

– Then back in 2022, I worked in the office of writing notes, regulations, appeals, grievances, petitions, and all other correspondence, legal correspondence, and legal research.

– Work in companies as a legal advisor.

Experiences in Dubai and Sharjah rents, labor law, and check execution.

Practical experience: –

n Experience in Dubai and Sharjah rentals, labor law, check execution, writing legal memoranda, regulations in appeals, grievances and petitions, and attending remote sessions.

n Follow-up on rental implementations, and courts.

n Knowledge of searching in the system, attaching documents and dealing well in the system…
